Manufacturing Facility
The Company has
its manufacturing facility, strategically located in RIICO
Industrial Complex of Bhiwadi in the State of Rajasthan.
The
unit is a huge, state-of-the-art, modern plant, spread
over an area of 10,000 sq. mts., with 70,000 sq. ft. of built-up
area, equipped with a plastic processing plant with
injection moulding machines for production of plastic moulded
components, an assembly unit installed with the most
sophisticated machinery for production of Electronic goods like
TV games, Emergency lights and Flashlights. All this, supported
with a Stringent Quality Control department
provided with the latest testing facilities to ensure
production of a zero defect product.
Since
MVL has the complete expertise to manufacture the complete
flashlight inhouse, it is an OEM for Eveready Industries
India Limited for the manufacture of their flashlights.
The current products
being manufactured in the unit are:
- Plastic
moulded components of TV games, Torches and Emergency Lights
for in-house consumption and export.
- Flashlights
/Torches for Eveready Industries India Limited
- Media's
Rechargeable Emergency Lights /Lanterns

from this, the unit is most suitable for the production of:

Further,
we also undertake job works for injection moulding of Plastic
components, assembly of electronic products, tailor-made as per
the customer's requirements.
